After sign up, please follow the instructions and fill out any information required.

Once you have submitted all of the information, we will work on the project as soon as we can. Results can take days, weeks or months depending on various factors including your asset authority, niche, competition, algorithm updates.

We try to offer comprehensive plans that will suit most projects but some require custom services, we can always work with you to get you get the best fit that will lead to the best results.

Our packages are either one-off services or monthly depending on the package.

We do not hold you or your GBP, website or digital assets hostage, you can cancel at any time – no contracts of fixed minimum term.

We are not like other SEO agencies, we don’t take large monthly fix term retainers starting at £2,500 per month, we work with smaller businesses and create plans that will work rather than sending out fancy reports.

This automation watches an email inbox for a pre-determined subject line, then sends the email to a flow depending on the contents of the email.

The email content is digested by our AI system and details extracted, response written and email sent via Amazon SES email.

This system looks for order enquiry emails and general enquiries, if the email is order related, the system generates an order related customised response. If not, it generates a different customised response.

We can add more actions to send to other email inboxes, staff, systems.

This automation waits for a WordPress WooCommerce order, it then adds the details to a Google Sheet.

The automation then sends an email to the customer confirming the reservation of the service.

After a period of time, the system sends a follow up email with a pre-visit list of things to do for the customer.

Finally the system will wait for 24 hours before to send a reminder, then wait for the date of the service to send a final reminder email and an SMS message to the customer’s phone.
